Salyu shaved and tickled

   It was a beautiful sunny day out as Salyu the Eevee walked down the street to the salone.  She was wearing her blue dress and sandels.  Her hair was down to her shoulders, and she was in need of a haircut.  At least in her opinion, as she loved short hair.  After a few minutes, she arrived at the salone and walked in.  
   It was empty except for a male pikachu at the front desk.  He was wearing a yellow shirt, blue shorts, and white tennis shoes and socks.  He seemed to be around Salyu's age, maybe a year or so older.  He looked up when Salyu walked in.  He also had a buzz cut.
   "Hello, how can I help you?" he asked her.
   "Hello, i'm here for a haircut," she replied.
   "Alright then," he said as he got up.  "Follow me," he told Salyu.  
   She did so and he lead her to a chair and asked her to sit, which she did.  "How long?" he asked as he picked up a nearby razor.
   "Oh, just a buzz cut will do," she replied.
   "Sure thing," he said as he started to shave her hair, causing her to purr slightly.  "So, what's your name?" he asked.
   "Salyu," she replied.  "What's yours?" she asked him back.
   "Nice name,mine's Mike," he replied.
   "Nice name as well," Salyu said.
   As he was shaving, Mike looked her up and down, thinking she was kind of cute.  But then he stopped when he saw her feet, still in her sandels.  Though no one knew it, Mike had a foot fetish and loved feet, especially girls.  He also greatly enjoyed tickling them, but he never did it in work because usually there were others around.  But, seeing as he and Salyu were the only ones in the shop, he decided to try his chances.
  After a few more minutes, he was finished.  Salyu ran her hand through what was left of her hair and smiled.  "Thank you very much," she said.
    "You know, you have some really nice feet," he said.
    "Why, thank you," she said.
    Then, before she knew it, Mike had her feet in armlock and was taking off her sandels.
    "Hey, what are you doing!?" she asked suprised.  "Those are my favorite sandels!"
    "Relax, i'm going to give them back.  But tell me Salyu, are you... ticklish?" he asked.
    Salyu suddenly went wide-eyed.  She was in fact very ticklish, especially on her feet.
    Mike took the look on her face as a yes and quickly started to tickle her soles, making her burst into laughter.  "Tickle tickle tickle," he teased as he went faster.
    "STAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAP IT MIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!" salyu laughed as she squirmed around, trying to get out of his grip.  However, Mike had a very stonr grip and continued for another five minutes, finally stopping to give her a break.
    "Please, no more," she said as she caught her breath.
    "No way, i'm not stopping yet," he said as he stuck out his tounge.
    "Wait, no, please don't!" she exclamed, knowing what has coming next.
    However, Mike simply started to lick up and down her soles, making her burst into new levels of laughter and squirming.
    "PLEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEASE STAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she laughed as he continued.  After a few minutes, he started to lick her toes, making her squeal loudly.  Realizing he found a hot spot,Mikefocused there, making Salyu squeal like mad and start to sweat slightly.
    However, he stopped soon after, seeing she needed a break.  He put her feet down and she phanted heavily.
    "Listen, i'm really sorry about that, it's just that I saw your feet and, well," he started, but Salyu cut him off.
    "It's alright, i'm not mad.  In fact, I kind of enjoyed it," she said as she put her sandels on and got up.  "So, how much do I ow you for the haircut?"she asked as she reached into her pocket.
    "Don't worry, it's on the house.  Think of it as a bit of an "i'm sorry" gift." he said.
    "Thanks, but i'm not mad like I said," Salyu replied.
    "Well, alright, but you can still have it for free," he replied with a slight smile.
    "Thanks again then," she replied with a smile.
    "Say, would you like to maybe, hang out some time?" Mike asked her.
    Salyu thought for a moment and then said, "Sure, that sounds great."  She then started to leave.
    "Alright," he said with a smile, thinking of what they might do when they saw each other again.
